Seoul National University Museum of Art

Seoul National University Museum of Art emerged from a 1995 proposal by Professor Jong-Sang Lee, leading to its construction in 2004 and inauguration in 2006.

The building, designed by Rem Koolhaas, incorporates a cantilevered structure on a sloping site with U-glass exterior revealing its internal framework.
