Aircraft Museum Kathmandu

Aircraft Museum Kathmandu is an aviation museum in Sinamangal that displays military and civilian aircraft along with flight equipment and technology. The collections occupy both indoor and outdoor spaces, showcasing different periods of aviation development.

The museum opened in 2017 inside a repurposed aircraft that had been involved in an incident at Tribhuvan International Airport. This conversion of a damaged plane into a museum facility shows how Nepal transformed a local aviation event into a cultural space.
