Naushahro Feroze District, Administrative district in Shaheed Benazir Abad Division, Pakistan.
Naushahro Feroze District is an administrative region in Shaheed Benazirabad Division covering a flat, arid landscape shaped by desert conditions. The district is organized into five talukas that serve as local administrative centers for the scattered towns and villages.
The territory became a separate district in 1989 after splitting from Nawabshah and initially came under Sukkur Division's administration. It was later transferred to Shaheed Benazirabad Division where it remains organized today.
The district reflects a strong linguistic identity with Sindhi as the primary language, spoken by 92 percent of the population, followed by Urdu and Punjabi.
The district is divided into five administrative subdivisions that make it easier to navigate the region and reach different communities. Most settlements are located along or near main transportation routes, which helps movement between different areas.
A railway station operates within the district serving multiple long-distance trains that connect different parts of the country. This makes the region an important transport junction for passengers traveling between regions.
