Markowe-Szczawiny-Hostel is a mountain hut standing at 1180 meters elevation on a clearing within the Babia Góra range. The facility offers 40 beds across rooms with different comfort levels and operates a restaurant serving local dishes.
The original building was founded in 1906 by Hugo Zapałowicz and underwent several renovations until it was replaced by a new structure in 2010. The new construction began after major modernization efforts started in 2007.
