The church features a crown-shaped design with a central tower and distinctive ribbed roof supporting structure made of concrete and steel materials.
The construction of this religious edifice began in 1988, following the establishment of the parish in 1981, with consecration taking place in February 1996.
The interior holds important religious artifacts including Saint Faustyna's relics and stained glass windows depicting the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The church offers daily masses at 7:00 and 17:30 on weekdays, with additional services on Sundays at 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, and 18:30.
The land for the church construction was donated by Rozalia and Marcin Szymkowiak, with the design created by architect Aleksander Holas.
