Talpalari Church, Orthodox church in Iași, Romania.
The church structure follows a cross-shaped design with a semi-spherical cupola supported by arches and contains neo-Renaissance artwork from 1886.
Founded around 1640 by Iordache Cantacuzino, advisor to voivode Vasile Lupu, the church underwent complete reconstruction after a devastating fire in 1827.
The building received its name from the shoe-sole makers, known as tălpălari, who established their workshops in the surrounding neighborhood.
Located at 3 Tălpălari Street, the church maintains regular services and welcomes visitors interested in exploring its architectural and historical elements.
The church contains a Byzantine-style mosaic of the Resurrection installed above the crypt during post-1989 renovations.
