Monteoru House

Monteoru House is a historic building at 115 Calea Victoriei with architectural elements from the late 19th century. Behind the main facade lies a garden space that opens from the interior and serves as a secondary functional area.

The building was constructed in 1874 and housed the Romanian Writers Union headquarters from 1949 until 2013. After that date, the property returned to the original family's heirs.
