Țepeș Castle is a stone structure with medieval architecture located in Carol Park, now used by the National Office for Heroes Memory. The building sits on Candiano Popescu Street and features a central tower design with fortified walls set within the park boundaries.

This structure was built in 1906 during King Carol I's reign as a water reservoir, later given a medieval fortress design. The transformation reflected the king's concern that the original functional form was unsuitable for the royal park setting.
