The Church of St. George features neoclassical architecture with a three-tier bell tower, semi-circular apse, and four interior sections supported by arches and pilasters.
Built in 1878, the Church of St. George underwent significant renovations in 1938, including the installation of a new iconostasis and frescoes by painter Andrej Bicenko.
The church serves the Serbian Orthodox community within the Archdiocese of Belgrade-Karlovci, offering regular liturgies and religious ceremonies throughout the year.

The original iconostasis, doors, and altar icons were transferred to Kupinovo village, while selected icons remain preserved in the Bežanija church.
