The white modern structure of Munira Mosque stands on the shore of Lake Dolgoye in the Leninsky district of Ufa, accommodating 100 worshippers.
The construction of Munira Mosque lasted from 2002 to 2011, designed by architect Vakil Davletshin who also created the Lyalya-Tulpan Cathedral Mosque.
The mosque functions as an educational center offering lectures on Islamic fundamentals, traditional cooking classes, and handicraft workshops for younger generations.
The religious complex is located at 2 Zaozernaya Street in Ufa, serving as the only mosque in the Nizhgorodka neighborhood.
The mosque received its name from Munira Baygildina, head of the Muslim women's society, who funded the entire construction through personal contributions.
