Su-Uchan waterfall, Mountain waterfall in Crimean Mountains, Ukraine

The Uchan-su waterfall drops from a height of 98 meters through four distinct cascades, creating strong water flows during spring months.

The name originates from Crimean Tatar language elements 'uchan' and 'su', which together form the meaning of water in flight motion.

The waterfall represents a central element in local nature preservation efforts, forming part of the protected Yalta Nature Reserve system.

Visitors can access the waterfall through a 300-meter maintained path from the nearest road, with entrance fees of 150 rubles for general admission.

During winter months, the entire waterfall structure transforms into a frozen cascade, creating natural ice formations along its vertical surface.
