Vilda Musen

Vilda Musen is a roller coaster at Gröna Lund that belongs to the Wild Mouse category, known for its tight turns and unexpected speed. The ride drops and swerves across about 21 meters of height with sudden directional changes that create nervous energy throughout the experience.

This coaster opened in 2003 as an addition to the park that was already 120 years old at that time. It arrived at a location that had been welcoming visitors with rides since 1883 and has continued to evolve since then.

The name Vilda Musen comes from Swedish and translates directly to Wild Mouse, a term for this type of compact coaster that combines sharp turns with controlled thrills.

Visitors must meet a minimum height requirement to ride: 120 centimeters to go alone or 110 centimeters with an adult. The ride is intense, so it helps to be in good physical condition and avoid riding right after eating.

The track was precisely constructed using advanced 3D laser measurement and cleverly intertwines with the existing Jetline coaster. This technical connection allows for a tight layout that saves space while combining two different ride experiences in one area.
