Halkevleri

Halkevleri is a cultural center in Ankara that provides spaces for theater performances, music concerts, art exhibitions, and educational courses. The building contains studios, performance halls, and classroom areas arranged to support different artistic activities.

This center was founded in 1932 as part of a nationwide educational initiative. The network grew rapidly during the following years and became important for spreading learning opportunities across the country.
