CAL Park, Corporate headquarters in Dayuan District, Taiwan
CAL Park is a corporate campus in Dayuan that comprises four specialized buildings: a main office, a training center for flight crew, a flight simulator facility, and a hotel with 360 rooms. The buildings are arranged in ascending heights and form a connected complex with over 30,000 square meters of usable space.
The site came into being in 2006 with the establishment of CAL Park Co Ltd and a major investment, with construction formally starting in 2008. This development was part of a broader expansion of infrastructure around Taoyuan Airport.
The campus reflects the airline's visual language through its color palette of blue, gray, silver, and white tones across all structures. Visitors walking through the grounds can see how these colors create a unified identity that distinguishes the space from surrounding areas.
The complex connects directly to the Taoyuan Airport MRT system, making it easily accessible by public transit. With approximately 180 parking spots available, the site is also convenient for those arriving by car.
The campus houses specialized flight simulator facilities that pilots use regularly to maintain their skills and ensure safety standards are met. This technical equipment makes the site more than just an administrative complex.
