Holy Trinity church, Sykhiv, Wooden church in Sykhiv district, Lviv, Ukraine.
The Holy Trinity Church stands with five gilt domes and incorporates geometric forms that align with the surrounding residential architecture of Sykhiv district.
The church construction occurred between 1995 and 2001, led by Canadian architect Radoslav Zuk, marking religious revival after Ukraine gained independence.
The interior features modern interpretations of traditional themes through marble and Venetian gold decorations created by iconographer Svyatoslav Vladyka.
The church complex accommodates 1,000 worshippers and maintains a congregation of 10,000 parishioners according to 2005 surveys.
Local volunteers from the parish participated in the construction process, strengthening community bonds through direct involvement in building their place of worship.
