Towers Residential Complex, Residential complex in Sobor district, Dnipro, Ukraine.
Towers Residential Complex comprises two high-rise buildings designed with postmodern and Art Deco style elements, extending across 28 floors. The units inside range significantly in size and layout to accommodate different household needs.
Construction of the West Tower was completed in 2003, marking the beginning of the overall complex which finished in 2005 after six years of building. This achievement made it the tallest residential building outside Kyiv at that time.
The architects Olexander Dolnyk, Serhij Pistschanyj, and Walentyn Bohmanow designed the buildings following postmodern architecture principles with Art Deco influences.
The building includes four high-speed elevators and provides underground parking facilities along with several on-site amenities. A swimming pool, fitness areas, and additional services are available for residents.
The complex received recognition in the Ukrainian competition for best building in 2003, contributing to the architectural ensemble known as Krutohornyj.
