The Towers Residential Complex consists of two skyscrapers reaching 123 meters high, offering apartments ranging from 78 to 698 square meters across 28 floors.
Completed in 2005 after six years of construction, the complex established itself as the highest residential building outside of Kyiv, with the West Tower finished in 2003.
The architects Olexander Dolnyk, Serhij Pistschanyj, and Walentyn Bohmanow designed the buildings following postmodern architecture principles with Art Deco influences.
The building includes four high-speed elevators, underground parking for 152 vehicles, a 25-meter swimming pool, fitness rooms, and a beauty salon.
The complex received recognition in the Ukrainian competition for best building in 2003, contributing to the architectural ensemble known as Krutohornyj.
