The Museum of Civil Heroism of Dnipropetrovsk Region occupies 600 square meters and contains more than 2000 exhibits documenting military operations in eastern Ukraine.
Established in January 2016 as a branch of the Dmytro Yavornytsky Historical Museum, the institution received its main exhibition opening on January 23, 2017.
The memorial hall displays 500 photo portraits of fallen soldiers alongside their personal belongings, documents, and professional items from the Anti-Terrorist Operation.
The museum features an indoor exhibition space, video hall, and outdoor area with military equipment including a BMP-2 combat vehicle and T-64 tank turret.
A panoramic documentary film 'Dnipro - Ukraine's Outpost' presents events from 2014-2016 in a specialized 150-square-meter projection room.
