Scott County, Administrative division in Minnesota, United States

Scott County extends across 369 square miles and contains multiple townships, with its administrative center located in the city of Shakopee.

Established on March 5, 1853, Scott County received its name from General Winfield Scott and initially attracted settlers from German, Irish, Czech, and Scandinavian backgrounds.
