Aksarben Village

Aksarben Village is a mixed-use development spanning 60 acres in Omaha with modern buildings containing residential units, retail spaces, offices, and educational facilities. The site stretches across one million square feet and combines different functions within a unified setting.

The site was formerly a horse racing track that underwent complete transformation beginning in 2005 with careful planning. The conversion to a new community focal point was completed in 2008, marking a major shift for the area.

The name comes from Nebraska spelled backward, linking the development to state heritage and identity. Today the space hosts regular community gatherings and markets that bring neighbors together.

The location offers over 500 housing units, 135 hotel rooms, and research facilities for different visitor needs. Stinson Park with walking paths and good transit connections nearby makes it easy to navigate and explore the area.
