Clemson College Sheep Barn

Clemson College Sheep Barn is a two-story brick structure with three vented cupolas topped by pyramidal roofs and a standing-seam metal gabled roof. The rectangular building displays thoughtful design features typical of early university agricultural facilities, with ventilation systems for animal housing.

The building was constructed in 1904 and stands as the oldest surviving structure linked to Clemson College's original agricultural department. Its placement on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990 marks its importance to the university's early development.
