Compuware World Headquarters

Compuware World Headquarters is a 15-story office building with a facade of glass, granite, and limestone in late-modern style. The complex spans over one million square feet and houses multiple companies and retail spaces across several levels.

The building opened in 2003 and replaced the Kern Department store, which occupied the site from 1900 to 1966. This new construction marked an important moment in the revitalization of the downtown area.
