Chugush

Chugush rises to 3,238 meters above sea level as one of the prominent peaks in the Greater Caucasus mountain range, featuring rugged terrain with steep rocky ridges and dense pine forests covering its lower slopes.

Chugush serves as the highest point in the Republic of Adygea with glaciers on its northern and eastern slopes feeding the Belaya River system through tributaries like Chessu and Kisha.
