Ashgabat

The seven-hectare green space stretches between Kuliyev, Azadi streets and Mahgymguly, Saparmurat Turkmenbashi avenues, containing numerous century-old trees and walking paths.

Established in 1890 as Officer Park with the Nobility Assembly building of the Russian Empire, the space transformed through different names including City Summer Garden and Lenin Park.

The central amphitheater presents regular performances of classical, folk, and contemporary music, connecting residents through shared cultural experiences.

The park contains multiple dining options, including restaurants, cafes, and food stands, while featuring entertainment facilities such as dinosaur sculptures and covered pavilions.

The 2014 reconstruction preserved trees over 100 years old while integrating modern amenities, creating a space that connects multiple generations of Ashgabat residents.
