Description
The Turkmen State Circus is a circus building in central Ashgabat with a large performance space designed for audiences. The hall holds around 1,700 spectators and hosts various circus acts and theatrical shows.
History
The building opened in 1984, designed by architects Annageldy Bazarov and Arif Zeynalov. After remaining closed for many years, it resumed performances in 2009.
