The Vue

The Vue is a 50-story residential skyscraper about 576 feet (176 meters) tall in downtown Charlotte. The building contains apartments of different sizes, from studios to three-bedroom units, all equipped with modern amenities and features.

Construction began in 2007 on a site of about 1.5 acres and was completed in 2010. After completion, the units were converted from condominiums to rental apartments, creating a new business model for the property.

The Fourth Ward location positions residents in the heart of Charlotte's entertainment district, where sports events and live performances shape daily life. The proximity to these venues makes the neighborhood a social gathering point for people who want to live near culture and activity.

Access to units is controlled, and four elevators serve the entire building for efficient distribution across all levels. Parking is available on site with electric car charging stations, and a 24-hour concierge service is available to assist residents.

The eighth floor houses a resort-style junior Olympic pool with private cabanas and outdoor lounge areas for leisurely days. This pool complex features grilling stations and television screens, creating a vacation experience within the building.
