300 South Tryon

The tower is a glass office building at South Tryon Street in downtown Charlotte with 25 floors serving various businesses. Ground-level retail space and a fitness facility occupy the base of the structure for tenants and workers.

Construction began in 2014 and marked the first major office tower project in Charlotte following the financial crisis. The project brought renewed development activity to the downtown business district.

The tower sits beside Romare Bearden Park and links the business district to public green spaces through the Bearden Promenade, where people gather and walk.

The building is accessed via South Tryon Street, which runs through the center of the business district and is easy to reach. Street-level amenities provide convenient access for office workers and visitors in the area.

The building was constructed on the final vacant lot along South Tryon Street, ending a long period without new office towers. Its height ranks it among the city's most prominent skyscrapers.
