Construction of this building began in December 2014 and marked the first high-rise office development in Charlotte since the conclusion of the Great Recession.
The building stands next to Romare Bearden Park, connecting the business district with public spaces through the Bearden Promenade linear park.
The structure provides 20,000 square feet of retail space at street level and includes TRYON FITNESS facility for tenants and professionals.
This tower occupies the final undeveloped lot on South Tryon Street and ranks as the eighth tallest building in Charlotte.
