Ascent Uptown, Residential building in Uptown Charlotte, United States
Ascent Uptown is a high-rise residential tower in Charlotte that contains apartments spread across multiple floors with contemporary finishes throughout. The building integrates dining and shopping options at street level, creating an active ground floor that serves both residents and visitors.
This project emerged during the recovery period following the global financial crisis and represented renewed investment in Charlotte's Uptown neighborhood. The completion contributed to the area's revitalization and attracted new residents to the district.
The ground floor houses Haymaker, a farm-to-table restaurant that provides room service to residents with seasonal menus and cocktail selections.
The building provides residents with access to amenities including a fitness center, elevated lounge areas, and a rooftop pool for recreation. These facilities are located within the complex and offer a complete living environment for occupants.
Each apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, Bosch and GE appliances, and Bluetooth-enabled entry locks.
