The Derham Hall and Our Lady of Victory Chapel complex includes a building from 1903 and a chapel from 1923 on the campus grounds.
The chapel became part of the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, marking its importance in education and religious heritage in Minnesota.
The entrance displays stone friezes of Christ, the Twelve Apostles, and Saint Catherine of Alexandria, reflecting Catholic traditions and educational values.
The chapel maintains regular hours for prayer and meditation, while also hosting student ceremonies, religious services, and community gatherings throughout the year.
The barrel vault ceiling reaches 38 meters high, and the interior features special tile designs incorporating symbols of Christianity and academic disciplines.
