Villa Romana de Toralla

The site contains ancient Roman residential structures, including thermal baths, multiple chambers, and salt production facilities near the coast.

The Mirambell family discovered the initial archaeological remains of this Roman settlement from the 4th and 5th centuries during the 1920s.

The excavated villa demonstrates the Roman influence in Galicia through its architectural design, thermal systems, and salt preservation techniques.

Visitors can access the site from October to June on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 to 13:00, and Sundays from 11:30 to 13:30.

This archaeological complex represents the only fully excavated Roman villa in Galicia that remains accessible to the general public.
