The museum occupies a 19th-century extension of the diocesan seminary, constructed on the remains of the former Rule Abbey that disappeared in the 18th century.
The permanent exhibition demonstrates the journey of craftsmen during their Tour de France, showcasing the traditions of French trade corporations.
The museum welcomes visitors Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with admission fees of 6 euros for adults.
The vaulted cellars of the former Rule Abbey now serve as exhibition spaces, presenting temporary collections that highlight different aspects of artisanal work.
