ING Headquarters, Budapest

The ING Headquarters consists of three interconnected volumes with glazed atriums and stainless steel lines linking the different sections together. The structure creates open interior spaces that bring light throughout all levels and allow a flowing room layout.

The building was completed in 2004 by architect Erick van Egeraat and creates a modern transition between the Liget Centre and nineteenth-century villas. The completion marked a turning point in the area's contemporary architectural landscape.

The headquarters incorporates design elements that reflect Budapest's architectural heritage while maintaining contemporary corporate functionality within the urban environment.

The building spans Districts VI and VII and has direct access to multiple public transportation options near Dózsa György Street. The central location makes it easy to reach the site and explore the surrounding neighborhood.

The facade follows an unconventional window arrangement and displays an innovative composition that focuses on material treatment and specialized craftsmanship. This design choice makes the building visually distinctive from the outside and explores the boundaries between form and material.
