The Khan Museum occupies a former Ottoman farmhouse in the historic center of Hadera, displaying artifacts, tools, and furniture from the region.

The building served as temporary housing for the first families who settled in Hadera after purchasing 30,000 dunams of land in 1891.

The museum exhibits document the transformation of Hadera from a swamp-ridden territory to a thriving agricultural settlement through photographs and objects.

The museum opens Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with extended hours until 6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Visitors can explore farming displays in the museum garden while learning about the settlers' successful efforts to drain the malaria-infested swamps.
