Bhagatrav, Archaeological site in Hansot, India.

The excavation area contains remnants of stone structures, pottery fragments, and ancient trade artifacts along the peripheral region near the Arabian Sea.

The site represents a significant Harappan settlement from the Indus Valley civilization, discovered and excavated under the direction of Dr. S. R. Rao.

Researchers have uncovered numerous lead pieces, stone beads, and evidence of glazed pottery production that indicate advanced crafting techniques of ancient inhabitants.

The location becomes surrounded by water for eight months of the year due to backwaters and floods from the Kim River, limiting exploration periods.

Positioned 1350 kilometers from Manda in Jammu, Bhagatrav marks one of the southernmost points of Harappan civilization settlements in India.
