Open daily from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM without entry fees, the park provides facilities for morning exercises, jogging tracks, and children's play areas.
In 2015, Deshapriya Park became the first location in Kolkata to implement a grid-connected battery-less solar power street lighting system.
