Rudolf-Brun-Brücke, Public transportation bridge in central Zürich, Switzerland

The Rudolf-Brun-Brücke crosses the Limmat River with three vehicle lanes, including two lanes toward Uraniastrasse and one toward Limmatquai.

The bridge site dates back to 1394 when the Upper Mill Bridge stood there, distinguishing it from the Lower Mill Bridge downstream.

The structure, designed by Gustav Gull, features stone parapets with rosettes that match the architectural style of government buildings on the left Limmat bank.

This concrete bridge extends 80.3 meters in length and contains seven openings, with main spans measuring 12.9 meters in width.

Between 1914 and 1989, the bridge supported a tram connection from Uraniastrasse to Mühlegasse, offering an alternative route around Bahnhofbrücke.
