Dusong Pass, Mountain pass and cultural heritage site in Anji County, China.

Dusong Pass is a mountain pass in Zhejiang Province equipped with traditional defensive structures including walls and gates that still stand today. The site shows how movement was controlled and the region was defended through its strategic position and architectural design.

Dusong Pass was first built during the Jianyan era of the Song dynasty, on the Hangzhou–Xuanzhou ancient road at Dusong Ridge. It served as a key gateway defending the Southern Song capital of Lin'an, today's Hangzhou, against northern troops. On 25 May 2006 it was listed, together with the ancient post road, in the sixth batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the National Level.

The site preserves traditional Chinese defensive architecture that shows how mountain passes controlled movement and protected communities over centuries. Walking through the structures, you see how these places shaped the daily patterns of people living in the surrounding regions.

The site is best visited in the morning when light conditions illuminate the structures well and conditions are most comfortable. Transportation links to Anji County make it accessible for planning a visit to this protected location.

The north gate opening is shaped like a humen, a form borrowed from Chinese palace and tomb gateways, while the south opening keeps its stone door sockets and the inner arch structure. The two gates face north and south, with a small jar-shaped courtyard between them.
