Nanning China Resources Tower

The Nanning China Resources Tower is a supertall skyscraper with 85 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, reaching just over 403 meters high. The structure houses a hotel, office spaces, and retail areas within one integrated complex.

Construction began in October 2014 with an initial design that had to be modified due to airspace regulations. These adjustments during development illustrate how local restrictions shape major building projects.

The tower embodies Nanning's role as a rising business hub in Guangxi province. Its mixed-use design with hotels and offices reflects how contemporary skyscrapers now serve multiple purposes simultaneously.

The building is well-designed with numerous elevators for efficient movement between levels. Parking is available within the complex, making arrival and departure straightforward for visitors.
