Center 66, Retail complex in Wuxi, China

Center 66 is a large shopping complex in Wuxi containing retail shops, office towers, and entertainment facilities spread across two development phases. The site holds hundreds of stores and parking areas, serving as a major commercial hub for the city.

The first phase opened in 2013 and brought international brands to Wuxi for the first time. A second development phase followed, reflecting the city's growing commercial expansion.

At the heart of the development, Hang Lung preserved a cluster of Ming Dynasty buildings known as the Chenghuang Temple Precinct, set within a large public plaza. The temple quarter keeps its place beside the luxury stores, so shoppers pass historical structures on the way between boutiques such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton and Cartier.

Center 66 stands near the junction of Zhongshan Lu and Renmin Zhong Lu in Chong'an District, now part of Liangxi District. The Chenghuang Temple Precinct sits in the public plaza at the heart of the development, so allow time to walk between the mall and the temple cluster. The retail floors are arranged vertically, with luxury watch and jewellery counters on the lower levels.

The development incorporates the preserved Chenghuang Temple Precinct, a cluster of Ming Dynasty buildings set in a public plaza at its centre. The site covers 255,000 square metres and was built at a cost of 3.5 billion yuan.
