The Europahaus stretches along Stresemannstraße with a 280-meter facade designed as interconnected buildings reaching 50 meters in height.
The construction began with the Deutschlandhaus section in 1926, followed by the main tower completion in 1931 during Berlin's architectural modernization period.
The building's theatre, initially named Phoebus Palast, hosted film premieres and transformed through various names including Emelka Palast and Europa Palast.
The structure contains 11 floors of office spaces, ground-level storefronts, and a roof garden that functions as an additional level.
Multiple German government agencies now occupy the building, including the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development.
