Located 300 meters east of Mishima Taisha Shrine, the museum provides educational materials about traditional calendar making and contains preserved architectural elements.

The building houses rare examples of E-goyomi, specialized pictorial calendars created for individuals who could not read, featuring integrated daily life illustrations.
