Tempozan-ohashi Bridge, Cable-stayed road bridge in Minato-ku, Japan.

Tempozan-ohashi Bridge is a cable-stayed road bridge spanning across the water between Minato-ku and Konohana-ku. It connects these two districts of Osaka with its distinctive cable design and multi-lane roadway.

The bridge opened in 1991 and represented a major step forward in Osaka's infrastructure development. Its completion improved traffic connections between the districts significantly.

The Japan Society of Civil Engineers recognized the bridge's technical achievements by awarding it the prestigious Tanaka Prize for its engineering excellence.

The bridge enables vehicle traffic between the two districts across multiple lanes. For pedestrians, it is useful to stay on designated paths and remember that this is primarily a route for cars.

The bridge sits just near the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan and shapes the waterfront with its notable cable architecture. This location makes it an easily recognizable landmark of the harbor district.
