Kasumigaura Fureai Land

The park features a 60-meter Rainbow Tower, water play areas, and extensive grounds overlooking Lake Kasumigaura, Japan's second-largest freshwater body.

Established as a science and recreation center, the facility transformed from a water science museum into an educational park focusing on environmental conservation.

The park hosts traditional Japanese festivals throughout the year, connecting visitors with local customs through seasonal celebrations and community gatherings.

Entry costs 600 yen for adults and 300 yen for children, with free parking for 206 vehicles and regular bus services from JR Joban Line stations.

In 2024, the park will introduce an animal section featuring Cape penguins from Kyoto Aquarium, alongside alpacas, capybaras, and various other species.
