ヨコハマプラザホテル
Yokohama Plaza Hotel was a business hotel located in the Nishi ward near Yokohama Station's east exit. The building contained standard guest rooms, a lobby, and had housed a restaurant called Le Farge on the 14th floor along with a cafe in the basement level.
The hotel opened in 1974 and served travelers for more than three decades. It underwent renovation and updates in 2005, but the aging structure required further work, and the property closed sometime after 2018.
The hotel was located just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to reach from many parts of the city. The neighborhood was safe and accessible, with nearby shops, restaurants, and convenient transportation options throughout the area.
The Le Farge restaurant on the 14th floor allowed guests to dine or drink while looking out over the city below. A basement-level Media Cafe Popeye was popular with locals and visitors who wanted to spend time in a relaxed setting away from the busy streets.
