證菩提寺, Buddhist temple in Sakae-ku, Yokohama, Japan.
The temple complex contains an Amida Hall at its center, surrounded by seven residential quarters for monks within its extensive grounds.
The temple was established in 1197 by Minamoto no Yoritomo to honor Sanada Yoichi Yoshitada, who died in the Battle of Ishibashiyama.
The temple houses the Amida Nyorai statue, designated as a Prefectural Important Cultural Property, alongside national treasures of Buddhist art.
The temple maintains regular visiting hours throughout the year and provides dedicated parking facilities for both vehicles and bicycles.
The temple grounds extend from Sakaka to Kokitsumineo in the east, Yazawa entrance in the south, Hebuchi bridge in the west, and Takego road in the north.
