Aquanura, Water show attraction in Efteling, Netherlands.
Aquanura is a water show at Efteling and combines water jets, lights, and music at the central lake with roughly 200 fountains that spray up to 30 meters high. These fountains create intricate patterns across the water surface synchronized to the musical accompaniment.
The show opened on May 31, 2012, expanding the park's entertainment offerings at that time. It was developed as one of the largest water show projects of its era.
Mechanical frogs positioned around the lake conduct the water display while music from different Efteling fairy tales plays throughout the performance.
The show runs nightly and lasts about twelve minutes, with viewing areas positioned along the waterfront for all visitors. The best spots can be found at various locations around the lake.
Nine hundred lights illuminate the water jets during performances, creating patterns that follow the musical arrangements. This synchronized connection between light and sound makes each showing a blend of visual and audio experience.
