Efteling Steamtrack Line, Narrow-gauge railway attraction in Efteling Theme Park, Netherlands.
The Efteling Steamtrack Line runs on a 600mm gauge track extending 3.5 kilometers through different sections of the theme park with multiple stations.
The railway began operations in 1969 with locomotive Aagje, manufactured by Orenstein & Koppel in 1911, which previously served at IJsseloord Brickworks in Arnhem.
The passenger carriages reflect traditional Dutch design elements, created according to specifications by renowned illustrator Anton Pieck.
The steam train departs from two main stations, Marerijk and Ruigrijk, with increased service frequency during peak visitor periods.
The locomotives at Efteling remain among the few operational coal-fired steam engines in the Netherlands, with Aagje covering over 1 million kilometers since installation.
