Badimalika Temple

Badimalika Temple is a Hindu shrine located at high elevation in the Sudurpashchim region, displaying traditional pagoda-style architecture typical of Himalayan temples. The site is situated within mountain meadows and features stone structures built according to regional religious design principles.

According to Hindu tradition, this location became sacred when the left shoulder of goddess Sati fell on Mallagiri mountain following her act of self-sacrifice. This mythological origin story has made the site an enduring pilgrimage destination.
