Collegium Maius, University venue in Fredry Street, Poznań, Poland

The building features a semicircular facade with a prominent dome, two internal courtyards, and five three-story wings spanning between Fredry and Kościuszki streets.

Built in 1908 for the Royal Settlement Commission, the structure later became part of Adam Mickiewicz University after Poland regained independence in 1918.

The Faculty of Polish Philology and Classical Studies conducts research activities and educational programs within the historical walls of Collegium Maius.

Located at Fredry 10 street, the building houses modern library facilities for students of classical, Slavic, and Polish philology departments.

The sandstone window pediments on the second floor display coats of arms from counties that participated in historical colonization activities.
