Cheng San Public Library

Cheng San Public Library occupies the third floor of Hougang Mall, offering about 1,500 square meters of space for books and learning materials. The building is divided into different sections for children and adults, with each area designed specifically for its audience.

The building opened its doors in 1997 and was formally inaugurated by a member of parliament. Since then, it has served the community as an important place for education and access to information.
