NetCenter

NetCenter is a large business complex in Hampton containing around 900,000 square feet of office space within a two-story building featuring a central atrium and glass dome ceiling. The campus spans about 52 acres and includes a fitness center, cafeteria, deli shop, and 4,000 parking spaces serving more than 4,000 workers.

The site began as Newmarket North Mall in 1975 and underwent major transformation around 2000. This redesign made it the first mixed-use business center of its kind in the Hampton Roads region and shaped its current form.
